Heather Upton

Team Owner/CEO


Since joining the real estate business in 2003 I have been instrumental in developing and growing successful business models for real estate agents and teams in the Metro Indy area. Over the last 14 years I have held every position in the residential real estate sales business that include: Agent Development Trainer, Buyers Agent, Client Care/Relationship Manager, Director of Marketing, Listing Specialist, Operations Manager, REO Specialist and Showing Assistant and now CEO/Team owner of The Real Estate Pros. I always strive to deliver outstanding results for our clients, pushing myself and my team to continually raise the bar. As your Director of Marketing it’s my goal to expose your home to every ready, willing and able buyer in the market place. By thinking outside the box and embracing non-traditional ways of marketing we reach more buyers, resulting in more offers and higher sale prices for our listing clients. Through our commitment to excellent client service, going above and beyond and doing whatever it takes to produce a WIN WIN, we create clients for life. We value our client’s loyalty by recognizing and rewarding them for many years after the sale. I live in Pendleton with my husband Jeff. Together we have three sons (Robby-22, Garrett-19, Luke-16), two of which are proud United States Marines. I have a passion for making a difference in my community and in the lives of others. I am an advocate for animal rescue and underprivileged children. I love to teach, learn and be challenged, to grow personally and professionally. Outside of real estate I enjoy fitness, staying active and leading a life of wellness.

Michelle Frazier

Michelle grew up in Madison County and has been serving Buyers and Sellers for over 13 years as a REALTOR®. After 15 years of home inspections conducted, I decided to join the world of real estate sales representing The Real Estate Pros. The experience I gained while working for home buyers during the home inspection process gave me valuable insight on the home buying process as a whole, and has better prepared me to serve clients as a Buyers Specialist.
